Soji was very helpful in fixing our Sports Pack. I spent over two hours on the phone with Rogers and still couldn’t get it sorted out. I came to this location, and he had everything fixed within five minutes. He also helped me save money on my Netflix and disney package. I highly recommend this store location.
I visited this location, Mitali and Parkirat were very helpful helped me setup internet any my place and also helped me setup a new plan with a phone. Highly recommended to visit this location
⭐ 1 Star Disappointing customer service experience. While one associate was helping me, her coworker spent essentially the entire time on his personal phone, openly talking and laughing beside a customer. He was speaking loudly in a language unfamiliar while carrying on a personal conversation, doing so in a customer-facing environment came across as dismissive and disrespectful. The store manager or so he claimed to be, was advised that he was making unauthorized changes on an account. He maintained that he had the right to do what he wanted and that he was going to proceed. He refused to called his retail support line to validate the transfer of responsibility and then he set up a new contract and provided new hardware. The account now needs to be escalated to office of the president to remedy and at least he was recorded on rogers customer service call when he was informed that he was going agains... read more
