I think this store needs new management and all new employees maybe people who actually like there job Absolutely disgusting customer service ! The owner on this store might wanna check on there staff !
You have to avoid, please, for your own good.
Short staffed as always had to wait for almost 2 hours. This is not the first time seeing staff shortage in this store.
Actually scammers they don’t have anything lower then 1 star. They tried to sell us 2 new phones with new plans. The phones were on back order but the plans were activated. After we tried to pick up the phones they lied to us that the new plans were not activated and they wouldn’t honour that price now. They tried to sell us the same phone again with new plans that would’ve been 300 a month for 2 plans and 2 phones and they wouldn’t honour the prices that were promised. I am giving this location a 5-star rating because of the great help I got from the manager of boardwalk location. I had a bad experience at the Conestoga Mall location where a staff made a mistake and created a new account for me. When I went back to fix it, they were in a hurry and told me to contact customer care instead of helping me.I came to this location feeling very frustrated.
