I’m having trouble with my package. I try calling Rogers every day, but the service is terrible—it takes an hour or more just to get connected to an agent. I came to the store hoping for better help, but the representative just referred me back to customer service; she didn't even check my plan or the details of the issue, and she didn't offer anything . It was really poor service from her.
