Do not sign with ROGERS AT ALL, the service and customer service is so bad and they will keep charging random fees my balance is supposed to be for two ppl 200$ but they have been charging me 600$ for the past 4 month and everytime we called they never pickup and even did a formal dispute and did not get a response back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable and as a customer I have every right to get a response when they have been overcharging. I was assisted by Piyanka today at the Rogers store, and she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the terms of my phone contract before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and she was kind enough to help me find a great deal that suited my needs. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service.
Had a great experience at this Rogers store. Arnav provided excellent service and was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. The manager was also very polite and welcoming, and the whole team made the experience smooth and pleasant. Would definitely visit this location again!
