I was at the hillside mall today roughly around 1230 to 1 pm. I went in for a simple question. The lady working was so rude and ignorant to me, wouldn't listen, kept cutting me off, made me feel like I was lieing. Told me I didn't have the right app,so I tried to explain to her and all she kept saying was iI was wrong. So she downloaded an app to the phone said she be right back after her other customer. Aniket did a wonderful job explaining all steps of transfer from my old phone. At home all I had to do was download Smart Switch and seconds later all was done.
