I simply want to say that today I showed up at the Hillside Rogers store at 4:30 and despite the fact that there was only half hour left before ether mall was going to close, a young man called Aniket helped me obtain new phones for my family, even though it meant that he stayed with me until 6:30 pm - That’s a full hour and a half longer than what he needed to do. I have always experienced good customer service from Shaw, now Rogers. They not only solved my issue, but worked out a plan where I now pay less and get more.
I had a lot of questions when I entered the Roger's store in Hillside mall, I had all my questions answered and walked out happy. Great Job
