Bad experience with staff honoring loyalty. We were Fido customers and suggested to switch to Rogers. We thought our long time over 20 years would follow us wrong. We will not be a rogers customer after this or ever. Suggest others to go elsewhere.
Jaspreet was easy to deal with, concisely presented information so that I could make an informed decision to upgrade my phone. She was also very helpful putting the protector and cover on my new phone.
Surrendered my device and cancelled my phone line and got continued to be charged by it. Customer service unable to help me with the issue. I’ve cancelled one line with them already and cannot wait to cancel the next line.
Extremely helpful, pulled some strings to make it work
