2 months now trying to cancel my internet subscription, customer care tells me to bring the equipment to the store, when arriving there the person refused to even let me in, rejected me at the door, if i am not able to cancel when i am in the agency when will i be able to? He said no one in the agency will be able to help me with my cancellation. Really bad experience. Stopping me at the door like i have the plague.

Went there for tech support as unable to get through after trying numerous times. Was advised they do not help with tech support and told to go to another location. Thinking of switching due to lack of service. Nobody answers the phone , local stores don' t help. What is happening Rogers?? On the phone on hold 50 minutes with no end in site again. Not the staffers fault but no help either.
