Thanh was extremely nice and helpful. Went above and beyond.
One thing I learned the hard way is the following: if you rent an apartment and you happen to not be aware if your internet is included by the landlord(due to language barrier) and you end up purchasing an internet plan for yourself, Rogers will sell it to you. In essence, they don't give you a warning telling you that a unit is already receiving service from them, they'll just sell more service to the same location as long people are accidentally requesting it.
Great experience at this Rogers store. Thanh was incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to help me out. The rest of the team was also very helpful. I truly appreciated the time and effort everyone put in.
Mohamed fixed the problem right away. He understood it where others weren’t able to help. Even the representative were not guiding us properly. It was frustrating but after 3 days Mohamed solved the problem. He took his time to understood the issue. Excellent professionalism. So grateful to him. We were about to switch to bell canada. But he saved the business for rogers
