My in person interactions with Dr. Yau were positive and I chose him for treatment. The office staff and communication through Klara, which the patient is forced to use to communicate with the office, was an exceedingly poor experience. Messages were often not answered, not answered clearly, and communication via phone was nearly impossible except for scheduling.
