Excellent doctor who was very thorough, and staff was extremely helpful.
Listened, did not rush, explained everything, compassionate
Dr Yau tends to be unavailable alor when I need him. Nobody answers the phone when I call. Im told I should get a biopsy. I live alone and have no one to help me. Im scared trusting in someone who isn't available when I need him
