Great Practice Friendly staff, good at handling insurance, and pleasant doc who is knowledgeable and proactive.
I went to Wendel to have a crown reseated. They put it back in and it fractured there after. Additionally, I had to go back and have the grind it down to fit since it obviously wasn't seated correctly. They said that the fracture was cosmetic and that there was no issue (their story changed later when I asked about it again). My current dentist found a gap in the crown's seat. Wendel will take not responsibility and says that "your teeth may have shifted since the crown was reseated". Something my current dentist says is not... read more
I had quite a bit of dental work done in just 2 visits. I'm certainly no an expert in the field, but I am a customer... My experiance was a bit chaotic. One minute I'm getting my teeth cleaned, and the next, 1/4 of my teeth are getting drilled. Sure, the lack of flossing is certainly my responsibility, but nothing was explained to me. I even wonder, was it all necessary? I sort of felt bossed around. It was very discouraging that at no point did any person ask me if I had any specials needs or expectations!
I went in for a same day extraction of an infected wisdom tooth and a crown on the adjacent molar. Absolutely painless. A very smooth and efficient operation. That was the main clinic near Vancouver Mall, and Wendel was the dentist.
Relaxing low stress environment I love the people at Wendel, from the receptionist to the dentists themselves. My son and I both go here for cleanings and more. The dentist who worked on my son's root canal was so gentle and helped get my son to relax. According to my son, "It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would!" The hygienists are phenomenal.
