Poor service, rude employee. Did not come at appointed time. When he finally arrived, he didn't have the proper equipment with him, and told me it was my fault because I didn't properly describe the problem.

Water heater replacement – My old water heater sprung a leak and was swamping my basement. I called Vadnais Plumbing for one of the quotes. I ended up going with them, because their assessment of the problem seemed very realistic, and they told me up-front what I could expect. I felt more comfortable going with a business that's located in my neighborhood and based on other good reviews. Great service – I called Vadnais Plumbing at 9 am and they were here at 10:30. John cleared the kitchen drain and fixed a couple other problems that I didn't know about. He showed me everything that needed to be fixed. This is the second time and I would not hesitate to call them again. John left the area cleaner than it was, great guy.

great service – Had to deal with another plumbing service for an emergency sewer line backup They were rude and very expensive and late but they did recommend a video exam of my sewer line. they were going to charge over 350.00. Decided to call roger vadnais plumbing and give the job to a local plumber. Boy am I glad i did. they were very professional, on time respectful and over 100.00 less expensive. Will use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Great job on water heater installation – We appreciated so much the young man from Roger Vadnais Plunbing. He was well mannered, well groomed, personable, and knew the plumbing business. The water heater was installed in less than 2 hours and everything cleaned up. All carpet and floors were covered before he started. We recommend Roger Vadnais Plumbing!

Excellent service from beginning to end. – We've used their plumbing services for years, and wouldn't use anyone else. We recomment them highly. Recently contacted them for air duct cleaning. John was prompt, considerate and very professional. He did a wonderful job of explaining what he would do. We are very happy with the results.

They have done it all for us! – Well pump, faucet repair/ replacement, water heater, emergency service, exterior faucets, furnace check-up, etc.--you name it. They have done it all for us in a quality manner, with timely, knowledgeable, and courteous/friendly manner. They are very efficient with their well-stocked truck. It's great to have them so close to where we live in Grant.

Furnace & Air Conditioning Installation in Birchwood Village – John & Bobby did a great job installing a new furnace & air conditioner in Birchwood Village. They were both impressive in their knowledge in the equipment that was installed and answered my questions as they arrose about the HVAC unit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new HI- E system.
