I took my late grandmother’s necklace and pendant here for repairs after recommendation from a friend. they butchered it and charged me $195 with no offer of a refund only offered to risk further damage to my pieces and leave them for more repairs with them. Do not go here! So disappointed!

Very slow turn around times. Dropped a ring in November and told them I needed it mid May as I'm taking to as a gift to my brother in Germany. Told it won't be ready now and given an apology. Very disappointing as I was promised it would be ready. Wont be going back to them. Very upset customer here
