$1800+ Hot Water Heater.......Get Real..........Predatory Company Predatory Rates!!!!!! Yes.....they give you a complete "menu" price (with no breakdown on items / labor). When a hot water heater goes out on a Sunday, they respond quickly with a low service call. But they more than make up for it when they charge $1800 for a hot water heater & installation. Don't blow up the house--call Roger Friends keep telling me to just go to Home Depot. You've got to be kidding me--those people know nothing, and they put returned deficient merchandise right back on the shelf for the next sucker to waste their time with. When I call Roger, he brings the entire store right to my door, and the tech knows what the heck he's doing. He's not gonna blow up my house. Quick Service, But Expensive! Roger the Plumber does quality work, and it is easy to get a same-day appointment, but he is VERY expensive compared to other plumbers. They're best used for emergencies, particularly at night, over weekends or holidays, when you just can't wait for the next business day. PROS: Quick, quality service CONS: Very Expensive
Total Rip Off. Run from this company. This company is a total rip off. They wanted $500 to replace an outside water spicket where the plumbing to the spicket on the inside and out was totally accessable. Another plumbing service completed the job for $125. They do charge you to show up and attempt to rip you off. Just do your self a favor and call someone else.
Great plumber! Roger the plumber is a family owned business. They are pretty well known in this area. We had a stopped up drain and they were out the next day to take care of us. Very fairly priced and super friendly! We also got a quote on a water heater, but moved before we replaced it. I would recommended calling them if you ever have any plumbing needs.
Ripoff artist Total ripoff. Wanted to charge me $650.00 for about 90 min job. He would have supplied no parts for this job. Another plumber did job for $200.00.Avoid this guy like the plague! Sorry I can't give zero or minus stars.
Ripped off my Grandma My poor Grandma had to take money out of savings for plumbing problems. They charged her 4X what another plumbing company would have charged. Left the toilet leaking and ruined the ceiling below. She called Roger to complain, and he said, What do you want me to do about it? POOR SERVICE, HIGH PRICES! DO NOT USED THESE PEOPLE!
They Really Are Expensive I've had them out a few times over the years. They do good work, but I have to agree they are very expensive compared to other providers. Several hundred dollars to replace a kitchen faucet and a couple minor valves under the kitchen sink (and I provided the faucet). Initially tried to sell me on a cheap Delta faucet from their truck at an unbelievable mark-up. They do try to up-sell and point out other areas that need repair. I was surprised I got a plumber at my door within the hour as promised. I had call another well known plumber in our area and was promised one time and they did not call nor show up.
