Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left!

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
