It has taken a bad turn since Brindi left. My last 2 procedures have both have to be redone, once in the hospital and another by a different dentist.
I saw Dr Harvey today and she was exceptional. So gentle and genuinely kind both as a human and as a dentist. She explained what she intended to do prior to touching my mouth and did only what she saw was essential. She fixed a couple of issues with my teeth beautifully- she is an artist!!! I am so happy that I have found a dentist that is amazing who understood my dental needs. Her prices are fair and she is a lovely and talented dentist. I won’t ever go back here. I have horrific memories from visiting here as a child. Moved back to Coffs a few years ago and visited them again and it was just as bad. I had even asked not to see Roger when booking and they still sent me in to him
This is the only surgery in my life where the receptionist has informed the doctor was running 5 mins late. in my experience they dont even tell you when they are an hour late. I have seen 2 denists there and both were caring and proffessional. They really went out of their way to help me and accomodate my other appointments A++
I would not recommend Geoff. I broke my lower denture on 23 Dec and Geoff was the only person open over the holidays. He was very helpful and assured me I could come for adjustments whenever needed. However the work on the two teeth he replaced wasn't good and after 3 times back to correct fit and gaps it still wasn't working. I would not recommend him.
