First when entering in the appointment - Dr. Zundel did not even great me with a warm hello or how we doing, he immediately went "what are you wanting from me?" no joke. Then proceeded to question a diagnosis I had from 2-3 separate other doctors and define what anaphylaxis is - all of this because he's never heard of my condition in his "35 years of experience", clearly someone isn't pursuing to continue his knowledge of medicine throughout his career. I am very glad tto have seen this particular doctor; he explained my hearing problem in a kindly and most informative manner. I will recommend him to my many friends who have hearing problems.
Dr. Zundel was good - prompt, listened carefully and explained things fully. My only complaint is with Overlake parking - the idea of drive in / drive out is good, but the implementation is poor. There's no posting of parking rates and it is unclear when and how much you will be charged to park. Also have to create account with service and adding credit cards failed repeatedly. Annoying.
