I would strongly advise against renting from this agent. We viewed a rental property on Sunday and were told to proceed with the contract by Monday morning. Roger then sent us a 50-page rental agreement and asked us to review and send it back by 5 PM on Tuesday. We carefully went through it, raised a few questions, and sent our responses on time.
