For my visit, I had previously filled out all the necessary paper work on line. I arrived at Dr. Orth's office and digitally checked myself in. Waited a very short while and then was taken back to an examining room by an assistant to do the vitals. When she finished the vitals a few minutes later Dr. Orth came in. We discussed my concerns, he listened and questioned me, then recommended tests to done, His office staff arranged for the tests to be performed and I departed. Mine was a good visit.
As a retired RN I can honestly say that he is very up to date and knowledgeable about all areas of gastroenterology. He believes in education for himself and his patients. Great bedside manner, and gentle with his procedures.
Dr. Orth is a fantastic doctor. He has a lot of compassion for all his patients.
Dr. Orth has a caring bed side manner and puts his patients health first. His Atmore office worked me in on a Monday afternoon and he had me the next day in Pensacola doing an endoscopy test on me. I highly recommend him if you want a doctor who cares for his patients.
Thank you Dr. Orth and your staff for the excellent care I received with my upper GI scope. Your staff was so professional and warm and caring. They helped me to stay calm and I appreciate that wonderful quality in a person.
