I would rate this dealership a hard 0. Very unprofessional. They helped my sisters mother get into a car and didn't send the paperwork to the bank. A cosigner was my sister and her mother was the primary. The person that is in that position sending paperwork to the banks shouldn't have a job because that lady is a rude person and incapable. Despite repeated attempts to retain my post, in social media it has been consistently removed. However, I strongly advise against purchasing from this establishment. I was unfortunate enough to purchase a defective vehicle that proved difficult to resolve. After acknowledging the issue, the company suggested that I proceed with insurance and warranty claims the same week of purchase. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership within the past 6 years. This dealership always put the customer first and we were very excited to have finally found customer service like this. But that has all changed since Richard was forced to leave because of health reasons. Even my salesman told me it has become a S_it show of a company to work for.
