I was excited to go based on reviews. I think they should work on their bedside manner. Being my first time, it’s acceptable to ask questions about my life. I didn’t mind being asked if I had children- being a 40+ female. Once I responded with no, I didn’t appreciate being probed more as to why or am I sure by the assistant. I let the assistant know that the probing wasn’t nice. She then told the doctor who jokingly said I’m sure I’ve seen you at St. John’s(hospital). I could write a whole novel about how much I love Dr. Pfieffer. I had a miscarriage prior to my recent pregnancy and didn’t have a very good experience with what I was going through at another office. I went to go see Dr. P before we started trying again and immediately loved his character and personality. He is the most down to earth physician and truly listens to you. We just delivered a healthy baby In May and I owe that to the care I received from Dr. P and the wonderful team at Utica Park and Bailey.
Will never go anywhere else
Dr. Pfeiffer is everything I hoped for in a Doctor! I don’t know how I got so lucky picking doctors, had to be God. He is pro-natural and not pushy about anything and your opinions always matter to him! I didn’t want anything, but ended up with pre-eclampsia and being induced. I was still happy about it because my opinion mattered, and I felt like it was my choice. I had to be transferred to another hospital with a NICU, which I only felt good about it because I knew he was my doctor. He continued my care and took care of me... read more
Worst obgyn experience I've ever had in my dang life and this is my 3rd baby!! I literally went in for my appointment and this time he was busy delivering a baby so I would have had to wait a while which is totally understandable, but they rescheduled me so I didn't miss work and I was supposed to have my new appointment tomorrow. I tried to confirm my appointment and they straight up tried to scold me for "missing appointments" etc, when they already told me last week at the office they already had it rescheduled for this W... read more
