I cannot begin to explain the absolute negligence and incompetence of this office. My dad’s knee replacement has been rescheduled 3 times and today he was scheduled for surgery, then turned away by Dr. Freeman and his assistant. First reschedule was because Dr. Freeman thought my dad needed to be scheduled on a day his more “skilled” assistant was helping him. Ok, no big deal. I think Dr. Freeman is an excellent surgeon. He performed an arthroscopic knee surgery for my bursitis, and 5 weeks later, I'm feeling better than I've been in 9 months (when my bursitis started). Since this is the most important factor in choosing a surgeon, I would consider returning to him if I need a surgery in the future. Where Dr. Freeman falls a little short for me is in his desire to educate patients. It's hard to describe such a great orthopedic Dr. 16 years ago had rotator cuff and labrum surgeries with Dr Freeman still going strong, saw him recently for a foot issue following instructions and slowly recovering hopefully without surgery. Feel very comfortable around him cause I know I'm going to get the best care. Staff is also great.
