Worst customer service ever!!!!! Will never buy or have service work done there again. They refused to program an OEM key fob because I didn't buy from them. Schumacher on Northlake Blvd did it right away for me. I'm a die hard Chevy guy and it makes me sick they represent the brand!!!!

Forty years we bought cars from you guys. From my grandfather who was a personal friend of Mr Dean and helped build his yachts, to my mother, myself and my children. Your cars were all insured and the community gives a rats ass if you paid for the spots or not. Your greed is showing, also your lack of compassion and partnership with the citizenship of this town. We have had a paid contract with One Parking for years to store our vehicles in the case of an emergency. We have paid to store our vehicles in the One Parking garage numerous times in the past, including last years Hurricane Matthew. The spots that were used by Roger Dean were paid for prior to the announcement of free parking.
