Worst neighbors ever! Parked their cars they have insurance on in the parking garages made free for the residents... For shame

We have had a paid contract with One Parking for years to store our vehicles in the case of an emergency. We have paid to store our vehicles in the One Parking garage numerous times in the past, including last years Hurricane Matthew. The spots that were used by Roger Dean were paid for prior to the announcement of free parking.
