I would not recommend this dealership. After coming to an understanding with Larry Michales. " the general manager". He backed out the next day!!! He told me that the owner decided that " a friend of his was more important than a new customer. A long time general motors customer!!! Yes, he took the deal away from me and sold it to a friend!!!!! I purchased a used car last week. I knowingly purchased it with no warranty, as is, and I paid $12000 for a 7 year old car. During the test ride, I pointed out the car was pulling to the right, and that it would need tires soon but not urgently. Yesterday, after nearly hitting another vehicle, I called the dealership, reminded the salesman of the wonderful job he did extolling the virtues of the company and how the daughter is proud of every vehicle sold. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Honest fair and professional. Salesman, Sales Manager and Finance manager were all outstanding. They actually came back with a lower price then I intended on paying. I didn’t even have to negotiate. Great deal on a great car, I highly recommend you start your car search here you won’t regret it!!!
Do not recommend going there for service. Had an appointment for 230 arrived a few minutes ahead of time. Sat there for 20 minutes while employees talked back-and-forth played on their cell phones sat in chairs like they were at home watching TV. Not one walked over to my vehicle to let me know they were going to service my truck today or let me know that someone will be with me shortly. The worst service ever! Took my car in on Monday didn’t get it back until Friday. And to top it off the car still runs as rough as it did when I took it there. So I took it back. Brian tells me that it’s running tough because it needs a new battery. Why didn’t you tell me that in the first place. Meanwhile, I tried to pay with a check and the cashier wouldn’t take my check when the sign clearly says checks are welcomed. She made me feel like a criminal.
