Roger is an absolutely wonderful jeweler and is incredibly kind and patient. When I ordered a bracelet for my partner, he helped me find exactly what she wanted. He even rushed the order so that I could get it in time for her birthday. When a stone fell out, he didn't hesitate to fix the issue at no additional cost. It's rare to find such a honorable and trustworthy jeweler.
