They're closed now and they were kind of jerks because I knew what I was looking for and it was different than what they had to offer. Despite knowing what I wanted existed, they insisted it didn't.
I recently had a(nother) terrible service experience at Beasley. As usual, they had no loaner cars available. They kept my car for 10 days (!!), and ended up performing what should have been a simple 1-hour repair to solve a brake issue. It was my privilege to pay over $1,000 for this abysmal service. When I then took the time to share my concerns and experience directly with the dealership's service and general managers, they simply did not respond. Nice. I purchased a vehicle from them and i was in and out in less than 2 hours. They were very accommodating and professional. Since then I have been using their parts department. They are very responsive and quick with delivery.
