First off, let me explain I went to Dr. grace when I was in high school at Choctaw around 1995-ish. I had braces done and my teeth turned out absolutely perfect. No complaints whatsoever. Naturally, when my bottom permanent retainer fell out in my 30s, I immediately called their offices to have it replaced. They got me in within days. Dr grace is wonderful! Kind, outgoing, always smiling and always present for checking tebraces. Every case he completes looks PERFECT. Sure, some may have a poor experience to share, that is normal becasuse some people in general are not good natured and may be "negative" to any dentist. And I can overlook a nurse getting an itch, just make sure she puts on new gloves. This does not mean this board cerifed dentist is not good.
