Update: Shortly after leaving my review, the issue was resolved. I appreciate Rog and Coastal for addressing the problem so quickly. Everything is working well now and I can continue enjoying the rental as before. Thank you! We have been experiencing ongoing issues with the air conditioning in our rental home. Maintenance came out and repaired a damper in the attic, but the AC is still not functioning properly and the temperature upstairs reached 84°. Maintenance came out and repaired a damper in the attic, but the AC is still not functioning properly and the temperature upstairs reached 84°. We went and toured a house for rent with a realtor, then we applied online. One of our old apartments say they never got the email questionnaire. Another old apartment said they got it and filled it out, but property management says they never received it back. Then they tried to say we don't have enough income, and when we responded back with question’s they’ve been silent ever since. Do not recommend!!
