Update: Shortly after leaving my review, the issue was resolved. I appreciate Rog and Coastal for addressing the problem so quickly. Everything is working well now and I can continue enjoying the rental as before. Thank you! We have been experiencing ongoing issues with the air conditioning in our rental home. Maintenance came out and repaired a damper in the attic, but the AC is still not functioning properly and the temperature upstairs reached 84°. Maintenance came out and repaired a damper in the attic, but the AC is still not functioning properly and the temperature upstairs reached 84°.
