I recently moved into 64 Roehampton. And since day one. I have been nothing but impressed. The building is always clean The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Tina, Jess, and Beth Keep up the good work
Infested, Unsafe, and Run by a Joke of a Management Team – DO NOT LIVE HERE If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We lasted three miserable months before we had no choice but to get out—for the safety of our child, our sanity, and our health. The unit was absolutely infested with ants. We discovered it after just one month, and by the end of our stay we had encountered roughly 2,000 ants in our apartment. This review in essence comes down to the Resident Managers. As of the current time of writing this review, they include Tina, Nat, and Beth. Their professionalism is only matched by their kindness and their willingness to go well above and beyond for their fellow residence. From the speed at which repairs are made, to simply conversing in the hallways, it is a constant reminder these managers have your back as a tenant. I love this building the supers are quick at fixing things and are very helpful, the building is kept clean it's quiet for the most part and the apartments are spacious, never had any bugs of any sort, I just wish that others would be mindful of the community they live in yes there are some riff raff but it's been clearing up it doesn't matter where you go your gonna have some trouble makers.
