I live here I love the mangers the building is so clean ! but I’ll be honest keep to yourself I had the intentions of keeping to myself and decided to make some friends not everyone in this building is bad but if you’re going to be looking for friends this is not the building to be looking. If you want a home that is clean mangers care and are always so understanding with you and you wanna keep to yourself then come live here ! Great place !! I have never been so happy at a place before don’t listen to the other reviews these mangers want nothing but the best of the best for 64 Roehampton. People in the reviews forget the mangers LIVE ON SITE. So why would it be a dirty loud building. There’s no crack heads knocking on doors I have never seen anything but ants here and are you that scared of ants ?? I also clean and I never seen ants in my place personally. I would not recommend anyone moving to any cue. Residentials, there's bed bug infestations. There's cockroaches, no matter how clean you are. You'll never get rid of them and when you want to leave. You're literally gonna have to leave all your stuff, including your TV's your gaming systems, because they crawl inside of it. It doesn't matter how many times they do treatment. They're only sugar coating the top of it. It's disgusting for the amount that we pay for rent and having to stay here because of it.Because we can't aff... read more
I can’t even do my laundry in the place that I live at. these are the conditions of the laundry room. I don’t even blame Tina or Justice, but if there is a janitor that is cleaning this building, they are not doing a good job at all. The whole building itself is falling apart. The building reeks of a sewage and unpleasant smell. At one point, we were infested with ants, people smoke in the hallway and the staircases, there was a sewage leak in the basement, and my sister even found syringes in the staircase.
