OUT of NETWORK to MetLife. Did not notify me of this. Billed me anyway. Dentist work was on a MINOR child and was supposed to be a yearly cleaning ONLY. I did NOT approve any other charges. Horrible business practices as they are out to get the dollar! That was very evident after my conversation with the receptionist just now. I have been going to Roebuck Family Dentistry for my routine cleanings and (occasional cavity fillings) for nearly two decades now. Dr. Joe and the staff have watched me grow up! They do a great job and I recommend you go here for your dentistry needs!
