Liars. They hide properties under management company Short south reality, so anyone looking for repayment should look to file that way. They will not fix anything. Make sure you document any and all communications like I did. Alex Roe is a slimball! Anyone reading all reviews should be aware that Melissa was the manager, whom herself, was screwed over by Alex. Maintencace was always days late or never came at all. The property rented was horrible. Previous Tennant left tons of junk in the garage and had to have the basement fumigated for mould. A support peice of our staircase fell off and it was our only entrance to the house, my boyfriend fixed it a couple days later and the maintenance didnt show up until weeks later. Only pro was cheap(ish) rent. They listed as a 3 bedroom but the 3rd bedroom was the size of my bathroom... would not rent again.
