Great company. My agent's name is Nicole and she is amazing! Always greets me with a smile and even stayed late on a Saturday to help with my policy! Best customer service I have ever received from an insurance company. They also speak Spanish as well which really helped me.

Have my home, auto, and health through Roe. They always go out of their way to make sure I have the correct and best policy. When they could not write a competitive quote for some specialty insurance I needed they consulted with another agency and referred me. If you want an honest company in your corner stop here.

THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY CALL BACK HOURS LATER. THATS IF THEY CALL BACK!! I WORK AT A CAR LOT AND WE TRY TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO GET QUOTES AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. BUT HEY IF THEY DONT WANT TO MORE BUSINESS THEY ARE REALLY ONLY HURTING THEMSELVES.......SO I GUESS THE POINT OF THE MATTER IS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY THEN DONT GO TO ROE AND ASSOCIATES!
