Went in for a motorcycle on Thursday afternoon. They had the exact one I wanted but it was still in the crate. They had it built for me before close on Friday. Exceptional customer service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Finance even got me an unbelievable interest rate. Neil was great and was very helpful through the entire buying process. I could not be happier with my experience with Rod's.
My wife and I were 300 miles from home . My 05 Hammer was having clutch issues . I limped it into the service lane . They immediately had a tech working on it . I expected some internal clutch damage . The sales team told me to choose any bike for a test drive so we could get breakfast . We came back in an hour and my Victory was finished . Minor cable adjustment and the mech was awesome explaining his repair . I would recommend this dealer to anyone traveling through Lacrosse WI .
