I wanted to thank the stops this year. The bars, Rumors in Burr Oak and Fox Hole in Sparta. Sometimes at these events the bars are not well prepared for the number of bikers they get all at once and service doesn't go great, but today, the bars were well staffed, prepped, and set up. Also Al Muth Harley in Black River Falls and last but not least Rods Rides, both dealers also set up well. This all made for a smooth event and enjoyable stops. These guys are the best. I bought my first bike from Rod when they were Steiger Kawasaki 24 years ago. Now they are taking care of my HD Dyna Wideglide, tires, oil changes, and a carburetor problem I had 2 years ago. They go above and beyond. Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. Thanks Steve for getting my bike ready for my upcoming trip!
We are touring in the area from Florida when my wife's bike developed a problem with the chain. We pulled into Rod's in the rain without an appointment and explained our problem. The service department (Jon) immediately took her bike into the garage, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in an hour! Friendly staff and pleasant stop for us. Great staff, great work on motorcycles, and they can always get the job done when needed and do a quality job. I stopped in to Rod's 5 years ago when I was thinking of getting back on a motorcycle after having broke my back in an accident. Jon recommended a Suzuki Boulevard. I test rode one, bought it, and regained confidence in riding a motorcycle. Since then I've upgraded to a bigger bike and used it to tour the country:) Thanks Rod's Ride On Powersports!
