Just who I pay my rent to but it's changed as of 8/16/21.... They've turned Golden Valley Apartments over to a new company.
Rods Property management was a joke. We had Black mold and gave notices/pictures for over a month. Nothing was done so we moved out. We had a new baby and weren't risking it. He sued us for going out on the lease, and we couldn't afford an Attorney so we tried to represent ourselves. The judge ruled in his favor because of some sort of paper we didn't submit because again we are not attorneys and didn't know.
