Had the opportunity to work with this company after parking my F150 in the garage while🤙 neglecting to open the door. They arrived on time. They were done quick. Informative regarding maintenance, and then made sure there were no greasy hand prints left inside or out. Felt good about spending $$ getting a high quality product, with a high quality installation.
Rod and Jeremy showed up on time and explained the exact problem to me. Very nice and very professional! Highly recommended👍
The guy Rod rubbed me the wrong way. After installation, I asked him If I needed to put the old Garage door and the attachment out with the trash. He said he would take it. But he wanted to let me know how greasy it was (which I knew but I did not put the grease on it). He said "it must be in the genes.....every black guy I replace a garage door for they just slather grease all over the parts" Mr. Rod acted nice to my wife to get our business but after installation his racist side came out full force!!
