The most exceptional mechanic ever! Bob is the BEST mechanic I have ever used! So much so that, although I have moved to Seattle, I still drive an hour up to Bellingham to have my oil changed! Excellent Experience Very clean and well-kept. The people are friendly and genuine. For the first time ever in my life, the service was so fast, that I actually didn't get everything done that I brought with me to do while I waited. I was even offered a ride to the mall while the service was being performed. Parts were delivered quickly and the service was performed directly by the owner, not an inexperienced mechanic. They were there when I needed it Bob at Master Auto Tech was great. Lexus broke down on the way to work called Bob and he provided a tow for my vehicle and a ride to work. I agree with Where did the good ones go, I found it there at Master Auto Tech. Fast, Friendly and they went out of their way to do what needed to be done and get me back on the road.
Above and Beyond typical Service I went to Bob for an oil change, and in his inspection found that I was at risk of loosing a wheel. I am not familiar enough with my car to detect a hazardeous situation like that but he did. In the long run he saved me alot of money and prevented me from having an accident. Trust Bob and the crew there entirely.
Where did good service go - I found it here Bob was highly recommended by my cousin, and I would refer anyone to him. Very knowledgable, fast, convenient, friendly service. He did an oil change and inspected my entire car and it was very inexpensive.
Worthy of all my Buiness Took my Mercedes Benz 300E to Bob, he is always thorough and never hesitates on making my car road worthy and making sure its safe to drive. I am on a limited budget and a single mom of 3 so the work I have done needs to be competitive in price and the workmanship/customer service needs to be excellent. I wouldnt trust my vehicle to anyone but him.
Finally someone I can understand One of the best things that stood out at Master Auto Tech was the simplicity of what was going on. The technician sat me down and explained step by step of what needed to be done in lehmans terms. The quality of work afterwards was great and the customer service was on top of things. No waiting for parts or anything.
