Its refreshing to have a mechanic who takes pride in doing quality work at a fair price.
Finally someone I can understand One of the best things that stood out at Master Auto Tech was the simplicity of what was going on. The technician sat me down and explained step by step of what needed to be done in lehmans terms. The quality of work afterwards was great and the customer service was on top of things. No waiting for parts or anything.
Above and Beyond typical Service I went to Bob for an oil change, and in his inspection found that I was at risk of loosing a wheel. I am not familiar enough with my car to detect a hazardeous situation like that but he did. In the long run he saved me alot of money and prevented me from having an accident. Trust Bob and the crew there entirely.

Personalized Service Bob was polite, professional and very efficient in helping me solve a few problems with my new to me/used Lexus. He ordered a part for changing the tires that I didn't even know I should have had. Saved a potential disaster from happening.
Where did good service go - I found it here Bob was highly recommended by my cousin, and I would refer anyone to him. Very knowledgable, fast, convenient, friendly service. He did an oil change and inspected my entire car and it was very inexpensive.
