I was contacted in a timely manner but I haven’t made a deal with the dealer yet so I can’t really give a good rating at this time

The experience overall was great. He was very helpful, honest, and kind. Plus the prices are unbeatable. In love with my car. Would definitely recommend.
Took forever for a reply and when they did reply the car was sold on that day. This tells me I could have bought the car but they did not get back to me in a timely manner.

We contacted Marcos at Rodriguez motors several times before we finally decided to make a 3.5 hour drive to go buy a truck from him! He was upfront and honest about small issues the truck had, which was refreshing. His 2 kids were there and help him run the business! By the time we left with our truck we felt like old friends. The truck did awesome on the 3.5 hour drive home and I know we got an awesome deal. We are those really annoying types of people that take months to make a purchase.
