RecommendedDr. Coleman has been my family's pediatrician for 20 years and never have any complaints! Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Garza see my boys when Dr. Coleman isn't available and they're just as great!!! Reception needs a lot of work though. They can be rude and clearly don't want to deal with anyone. I've been given wrong appointments at wrong locations as well. Other than that, everything is fantastic!
The front desk staff is so wonderful! They always help and get you in quickly, plus the advise nurse is great too! We love the level of knowledge, listening, understanding and compassion we get from the doctors there as well. I highly recommend them!
Dr Kim Rodriguez saw my son for the first time for his well baby check up when he was 3 days old. My son is 22 years old now. And of course my daughter too who is 14. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!
The doctors are great. But if you are trying to get through or have any questions the ladies that work at the front could careless and just transfer you. I’ve been calling for 45 mins now and called 5 different times telling them that a nurse is not answering where they are transferring the call to and all she said was oh that’s too bad let’s me transfer you again!!! I have a simple question that they can just slip back there and ask for me!!!!
Ever since Dr. Brower left this office has just gone downhill. The derive from the front office people is horrible and they treat you like trash. Which is so disappointing because I had been taking my kids there for years! Not anymore! As soon as I found out that Dr. Brower is at UMC I took my kids over there and am very satisfied with the service I am being provided.
If your doctor is really behind, I think it’s very important that you communicate that information to the patient. It was already 30 min passed the time of my appt, and I asked how much longer and all the front desk told me was that were 3 more patients ahead of my daughter. Which means Dr. Rodriguez is anywhere from 1.5 - 2 hours behind. I have never had to wait so long in a doctor office to be seen. This is an outstanding pediatric practice! I have dealt with many pediatric practices over the years. All of the physicians are very good. Dr. Kronfol and Dr. Brower are outstanding. Knowledge and experience combined with compassion and caring make a winning team 💟
