Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
