Staff was unhelpful and snooty when I explained I had another doctor's appointment to make. I calmly asked when I might be seen after 60 and then 90 minutes waiting. Was told 'I cannot tell you'. That was my third visit and all had wait times of 50, 65 and 90 minutes. Wait was unacceptable but then for staff to be 100% unhelpful, uninterested was too much.
Thanks for screwing up the first back surgery which led to me needing a 2nd surgery that I got a staph infection from that led to the 3rd surgery. All within 5 months. Took 3 surgeries to fix all of that. So thank youuuuuu for that
Dr. Rodriguez is the best spine surgeon I have ever met. He not only helped me with the chronic lower back pain that I had, but his treatment options were very realistic, not like the other places that I had previously been to. He seemed concerned in my needs, and I liked the information handouts he gave me. He explained how to do home exercises, and his medical students were very kind as well.
