In 2018 that funeral home was in charged of my mothers funeral arrangements for her to be sent to P.R. and when I went to sign the papers I asked to see my mother’s body and she said No, I couldn’t see her but I recently found out that my brother went to see my mothers body several times.and she let him So yes, I am very disappointed and upset about that.

Amazing staff. Viewing for my big sister was done here. Staff are Very helpful and sympathetic! Highly recommend!

If I could’ve left 0 stars, I would have. There were stains on the curtains and in the front desk area, the priest that was provided for the funeral barely spoke English (when my husbands family specifically requested partial English/Spanish), he did not speak of my husbands aunt at all-instead promoted his church services. We had to ask SEVERAL times to get the service started so we were on time for the burial, and then had to request to start the service over when the priest was done since he didn’t properly lay their aunt... read more
