He needs an office overall. Terrible service. I agree with all the negative reviews. He tried to do a colonoscopy and said unable to go deep enough with regular colonoscopy so I needed a virtual colonoscopy and they would refer me. That was 2 months ago and I find out the place he was sending request too doesn’t do it.. years ago I had no issues with him but something has declined. I’m moving to another Dr and hopefully due to his negligence I don’t have colon cancer especially since I had cancer 4 years ago in another area.

First I could not get a hold of anyone at the office. I called multiple times in a day. There was no option to leave a voicemail. My primary doctor can’t even get a hold of them. The phone just rings. Next day I called, a lady said she will leave a message for receptionist to call me back to schedule appt, there was no return call. No after care details except for a paper which was unfortunate. Left out major details that were important to know. Office never calls back and never follows up.
Just had a colonoscopy today, after a reschedule due to office staff entering the wrong date. Dr. Rodriguez started the procedure as anesthesia was being administered. I was protesting in pain telling him to stop prior to losing consciousness. I’ll never go back to his office, and am less likely to schedule routine colonoscopies in the future as I’m over 50. I have been getting my appointments rescheduled every day. I called Sutter Health directly and they said one of his household members have the Covid-19 so he has to go into quarantine for two weeks! Why wouldn't the front desk let me know of this instead of rescheduling my appointments? Do not go to these people!
I would give them zero stars if I could. We have been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks now but no one answers the phone except the answering service. They need to understand that people are in pain.
They have a worst patient services. They never respond phone call. It's been a week trying to hold on a person who can reschedule my appointment. They told me they don't have access to reschedule appts. Now I don't know what do!
