This is our second visit to this OB office, and the same issues keep happening. The wait times are extremely long and poorly managed. Even with a scheduled appointment, my wife waited over 40 minutes in the lobby without being called in, and overall we usually end up spending 3–4 hours there for a simple check-up. They made me feel like my feelings didn't matter. My husband wasn't allowed in the waiting room. A nurse came out and put him on blast talking about he can't be in here. And why not he is my partner. He helps me be comfortable. I would like him to know everything that is wrong with me. Sometimes I forget, I have vertigo, my hands don't work he helps me with everything. I’ve only gone here once and I have to say the front desk is rude. They looked annoyed when asked a single question and mind you this was my first time ever coming here so yes I was a little confused on how things go.
