Terrible staff. Horrible. I am so extremely disappointed. I went in to get a refill on my birth control and when it was time for me to pick it up at the pharmacy it was a different prescription. On the sticker it said to stop taking my previous birth control that I have had ZERO issues with. The doctor did not discuss changing my prescription at all with me. Over and over disappointed with the staff here. They absolutely have no idea what they are doing and love to waste people’s time.
Very bad service , they never called back and never confirmed appointments, and take forever
This is our second visit to this OB office, and the same issues keep happening. The wait times are extremely long and poorly managed. Even with a scheduled appointment, my wife waited over 40 minutes in the lobby without being called in, and overall we usually end up spending 3–4 hours there for a simple check-up. It often feels like the appointments aren’t respected or prioritized, though we aren’t sure how they decide the order. Whatever the system is, it clearly isn’t working for patients.
