They made me feel like my feelings didn't matter. My husband wasn't allowed in the waiting room. A nurse came out and put him on blast talking about he can't be in here. And why not he is my partner. He helps me be comfortable. I would like him to know everything that is wrong with me. Sometimes I forget, I have vertigo, my hands don't work he helps me with everything. I’ve only gone here once and I have to say the front desk is rude. They looked annoyed when asked a single question and mind you this was my first time ever coming here so yes I was a little confused on how things go.
Pésimo servicio , no lo recomiendo , a parte de que el doctor tiene muy poca sensibilidad, habla como si estuviera haciendo un favor al consultarte , las resepcionistas te dejan colgada en el teléfono y te cuelgan , yo tenía que estar con medicamento para no ir a emergencias, y batallé mucho para que me estuvieran aprobando el medicamento, el doctor Pérez y la doctora Pagan son muy buenos médicos , pero las resepcionistas y el doctor Rodríguez es lo peor .
