called me obese while pregnant when i used to be 105 and pregnant 165.. made me get on a diet telling me i can only eat half of ONE meal while pregnant… cut me tm and sowed me way to much.. super rude and disrespectful its disgusting. I was treated horribly and the staff in the front have no manners and want everything their way very rude as well only loved the staff that helped out inside. El tiempo de espera siempre es largo y la organización del equipo podría mejorar. Por otro lado, los doctores son buenos y responden las dudas con claridad. Sin embargo, como mamá primeriza sentí que en ocasiones se daban algunas cosas por hecho, cuando sería muy útil recibir más orientación y explicación durante el proceso.
Terrible staff. Horrible. I am so extremely disappointed. I went in to get a refill on my birth control and when it was time for me to pick it up at the pharmacy it was a different prescription. On the sticker it said to stop taking my previous birth control that I have had ZERO issues with. The doctor did not discuss changing my prescription at all with me. Over and over disappointed with the staff here. They absolutely have no idea what they are doing and love to waste people’s time.
Very bad service , they never called back and never confirmed appointments, and take forever
