Recommendedi bought a Wüsthof Classic Ikon knife from Rodriguez Butcher a few weeks ago. As Im on the other side of the world ( Perth, Australia)i was given tracking info that was updated of the movement, it only took 10 days for delivery . customer service was wonderful. Philip was very professional and was quick to respond to my inquiries, it was the best price I could find anywhere. i will definitely come back and shop from Rodriguez Butchers again.
i bought my kurosaki fujin AS gyuto from Rodriguez Butcher Supply about a month ago. i had a problem with the first knife they delivered but the exchange was fast and the customer service was wonderful. Philip was very professional and was quick to respond to solve the issue. i will definitely come back and shop from them again. i hope this review helps.
I dry age my own meats and i needed a better knife to cut through the pellicle. Got a really nice Anryu Shiro knife. 60 day dry age ribeye. Did a wonderful job cutting it.
I purchased my Schun set awhile back. Went in yesterday and there were no questions, the edge wasn't quite what I liked and they had no problem putting a nice sharp edge on them for me! Great service, Thank you very much!
Best place to buy your specialty knife. I have my favorite knife and Phil helped me match my preferences to a similar and much needed PIE knife. I love my new tool. The kitchen better wacha!!!
Great place for knives and kitchen items. Wide selection of hand forged knives from great artisans you normally wouldn't see anywhere else. Very friendly and helpful staff.
