He is patient and takes the time to study your case and is gentle in his care. He discovered that I had severe hypothyroidism which I probably had for several years but no other doctor tried to test my thyroid before.
He actually spends time with his patients and LISTENS! Very caring and doesn’t “talk down” to patients and yet explains things clearly
The most amazing doctor I have ever met. My family loves him and his practice. When I say my family, I mean my parents, myself my children. He truly cares for his patients. I can not say enough about him and his staff. They are amazing!!

I would highly recommend him.I have been a a patient of his for over a decade and although I have move to Sarasota I still drive an hour to see him because he is the best without question. Not only is he an excellent clinical Physician he is an excellent person kind and considerate. I am the Chief Operating Officer for a small Health Care Organization and have access to numerous Physicians but I would never change he is that good.
Dad ended up @ Fawcett Memorial with Atrial Fib, so being new to the area, we asked Dad's ER Dr what doctor he sees & he said Arturo Rodriguez-Martin! Tturns out now, that he is ours! He is the greatest doctor Dad @ 93 and I @ 64 have EVER known: He cares, like that old family Dr. who visits patients at home, who can't get to him. 1st visit, he spent 2.5 hrs, covering everything. There is no other choice in SW Florida by far-none! He comes with supportive, kind & understanding staff too
