No excuse to not be able to call and get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Im sorry, the staff is hurting Dr Cepero. I agree with the sentiment that the staff are truly rude. They lack customer service skills.
Recently chose Dr Cepero as my new PCP but it's been imposible to get an appointment. Have been calling for days, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES, EVER.. at any of the different options. Have left numerous messages and haven't gotten a call back. Heard he's a good doctor he but doesn't have a good support team.
Dr. Rodolfo Cepero is an excellent doctor, but unfortunately, his staff is incredibly unresponsive. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for the past four days, leaving multiple voice messages and calling repeatedly, yet no one has returned my calls. Due to this lack of communication, I have no choice but to find a new doctor. I just contacted another office nearby and was able to book an appointment effortlessly. It’s disappointing to leave a great doctor, but reliable office staff is just as important.
Excellent physician. Excellent staff. Professional, yet friendly in demeanor. Knowledgeable, experienced, caring, and always attentive to your medical needs. Our entire family "family doctor". Yes, highly recommended .
