I contracted Rodney Vance to repair my chimney., siding, and gutters and roof, that were damaged in a storm. He demanded full payment in cash. Against my better judgement I relented. He did less than half the work and would not finish it despite dozens of phone calls. If you'd like to know more my email is brad0abdc@yahoo.com.
