Dr. Steff is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor. He works with his patients.
I had to reschedule appointments due to being at veterans hospital in Nashville with my husband. The last appointment when I canceled I told her I was going wait and reschedule when we figured out what was going on with him she said no problem to call when I needed them. I attempted to make an appointment today and they’re saying I was no shows. They are refusing to see me with an oxygen level of 89. Rodney, the medical center has BANNED me from being with my mother over LIES. The staff has continuously harassed me trying to get me to stop treatment on my mother and now lies have been told and I cannot be with her. This is absolutely awful. You are an awesome Doctor and I trust you. Please help get her out of there or transferred. She is back in her right mind,so this tells me the white blood count has gone down.
