The entire office has never treated me with anything but kindness, compassion, and an open and honest caring attitude!
Very difficult to feel heard or treated well. Staff has often rescheduled my appointments without my notice, told me that the NP is out of the office for the day even when I already had to schedule my work around the appointment. I had appointments that lasted 15 minutes, I had an appointment that lasted 5 minutes once. Almost $100 for a five minute conversation. The price of appointments also seemed to vary for no reason.
