Scam. These people are not great at all, and I do not recommend. They cancelled my appointment twice (I am at risk for infection and need crowns), without any notification either time. I drove to the dentist both times, mind you, on my work days, for them to tell me they cancelled my appointment. The second time they did so, they claimed it was because the check I sent in wasn’t sign- Yet, they cashed it anyway, and the money was withdrawn from my account two days after writing the check. I had my check up at Cherry Hills and I had a great experience as always. Sue did a great job on cleaning and polishing my teeth. She’s very friendly and makes me feel important while she does her job. Dr Lofton is the best. He asks if I have any problems and he always fixes any issue I have.
Dr Lofton explains everything. He’s very thorough. If you need to have anything major done, he’s very conscious of making sure you’re comfortable and feel no pain. He’s a wonderful dentist, highly recommend!

I have been a long term patient at this practice because I can rely on the staff to take excellent care of my teeth with cutting edge techniques and a positive attitude. The office is a pleasant place with current technology. Dr. Loftin’s team ensures patient comfort by taking time to explain each procedure in a way that reduces any anxiety and they are open to patient participation in planning treatment.
