This is my first visit with Doctor Clingan. My first impression of him was good. He has a lot of experience in his field.
He’s one of the best. Completely through and experienced. He has great mannerisms.
May be a great doctor how ever he needs a new watch ⌚️ or learn how to be on time ⏲️ 2 hours late for surgery unacceptable keep raising rates ridiculous charging a fortune then late can't even show up on time
